I've noticed a clear gap in our valley: On one side, we have young owners, start-ups, and folks learning how to start or grow a business — often lacking industry knowledge, social capital, funding strategies, or the right connections. On the other side, we have successful community members, experienced entrepreneurs, and investors who genuinely want to help and would love the opportunity to connect with those who need it.
